Local storage and user files
DUPY is designed around local file storage. Projects created with the desktop application are saved locally by the user. DUPY does not automatically upload your projects to our servers or maintain online copies of them.
You are responsible for managing, backing up, and protecting files stored on your own device.
Deleting a DUPY project from your device does not require any action from DUPY because DUPY does not maintain a separate cloud copy of that project.
Online features and content processing
Some DUPY features may require information or content to be transmitted to our servers or third-party service providers in order to perform the requested function.
For example, online tools may process content submitted by you to provide transcription, analysis, scoring, text generation, or other requested functionality.
When you use such a feature, the content you submit may be temporarily processed by DUPY and/or the third-party providers required to provide that feature.

If you purchase DUPY Pro or another paid product, payment information is processed by our third-party payment provider.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number, security code, or other full payment credentials.
